Rosanna practices meditation and mindfulness regularly with a group here in Seldovia. Being in the garden is one of the best ways to become mindful. So, growing food for Seldovia and being in the garden is a regular part of Rosanna’s daily practice. This page will be dedicated to mindfully living here in Seldovia and to the importance of connecting the mind to the body with the intention to practice above all things, love and compassion.
